Titanium 背景開啟webview

基本作法
加入webview時，設定visible = fasle
然後加入load事件動作： 設定 visiable=true
這作法有個副作用是webview在顯示時會保存一開始設定網頁狀態，不會自動重新讀取，
除非跳離window或要求更新
